Refund policy

Returns

You can request a return within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Custom-sized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at quilyndesign@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If the item is not defective, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
