Free shipping, duties included
We offer free shipping to every country we sell to: the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Europe. All customs duties and import taxes are included in our prices — you will not pay anything extra on delivery.
Processing time
- Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted after you order. Production takes 4–8 weeks before shipping.
- Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
Orders ship via FedEx. Once shipped, delivery to the United States, Canada and Europe typically takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email. For some destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean, our team may contact you after your order to confirm delivery arrangements.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at quilyndesign@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund Policy.
