quilyndesign.com is operated by Quilyn Design LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("QUILYN", "we"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials such as solid wood and epoxy resin. Grain, color and finish vary between pieces and may differ slightly from photos; these variations are not defects.

Prices and payment

Prices include shipping and all customs duties and import taxes for the countries we ship to. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to the address. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Quilyn Design LLC and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
