The Axis draws time as a line. A slim metal axis runs down the wall and carries the movement at its center, so the clock reads as a single confident gesture rather than a framed object. At its largest it stands almost six feet tall, which makes it one of the most striking pieces in the collection for double-height walls, lobbies and generous living spaces.
The concept is that time does not simply pass; it is shaped along the line you draw. In practical terms, the Axis gives a modern interior a strong vertical accent that pairs well with low, horizontal furniture.
Sizes
- 23.6 in (60 cm) high × 11.4 in (29 cm) minute-hand sweep
- 35.4 in (90 cm) high × 15.7 in (40 cm) sweep
- 47.2 in (120 cm) high × 21.2 in (54 cm) sweep
- 70.8 in (180 cm) high × 27.9 in (71 cm) sweep
The sweep is the diameter of the circle traced by the minute hand.
Finishes and Hands
- Body / center: Antique Gold, Black, Brushed Chrome, Brushed Gold, Rose Gold, Shiny Chrome, Shiny Gold, and two-tone combinations of Brushed Chrome, Brushed Gold, Shiny Chrome or Shiny Gold with Black
- Hands: Black, Chrome, Gold, Oak, Red, Rose Gold, Walnut
Materials and Movement
The Axis is built from stainless steel for strength and rust resistance. Surface options include titanium PVD for lasting color, black powder coat for a durable modern finish and an antique coating for a sophisticated, aged look. Wood details are natural American walnut or ash, and because solid wood carries its own color and grain, each clock is slightly different.
It runs on a UTS German Premium movement — high-torque enough for long hands, silent, and powered by one AA battery.
Installation and Care
The clock arrives disassembled for safe shipping, with an assembly manual, a QR code for a video tutorial and all tools included. Live video support is available if you would like guidance. If your wall is plasterboard or drywall, let us know when ordering and suitable mounting hardware will be supplied. Clean with a slightly damp cloth.

Can the largest size be mounted on drywall?
Yes. Tell us your wall type at checkout and we will include mounting hardware suited to plasterboard.
How do I choose between the sizes?
Match the height to your wall: the 23.6 in and 35.4 in sizes suit standard rooms, while the 47.2 in and 70.8 in sizes are intended for high ceilings, stairwells and commercial spaces.
Can I mix a two-tone body with wood hands?
Yes. Body and hand options are chosen separately, so a black-and-gold body with walnut hands, for example, is available.

🧼 Care & Use Guide for Epoxy and Wood Products
- Especially for pnes with clear epoxy, protect from direct sunlight
- Avoid chemical cleaners. Use a slightly damp cloth for regular cleaning. For fingerprints or stains, you can use glass cleaner or vinegar water. If food spills, gently wipe the area. Leave oily spots if they don’t come off easily — the wood will absorb the oil, and it won’t be damaged.
- To preserve the wood’s color, shine, and durability, apply natural wood oils regularly (2-3 years). They nourish and protect the surface.
- Extreme heat and moisture can damage both wood and epoxy. Never place hot items like teapots or pans directly on the surface — always use a heat-resistant mat.
- When moving or assembling large, heavy pieces, take your time and ask for help to avoid damage.
