Walnut is dark, dense and dramatic, with strong figure and high contrast against a clear resin. Linden is much paler and more even, which produces a lighter, calmer table and lets a colored resin take the lead instead. The two produce genuinely different pieces from the same design.

Solid U-shaped legs are available in original walnut, white, silver, black or gold. A U leg is a single panel turned down at each end — it gives a broad, stable footing and, because it is a continuous form rather than four posts, it keeps the space under the table visually open along its length.
Aged Slabs
The slabs are selected and aged before use. Drying timber properly before it is worked is what prevents movement, cupping and cracking later — it is slow, it ties up material for a long time, and it is the single most important factor in whether a live-edge table stays flat over decades.

- Especially for pnes with clear epoxy, protect from direct sunlight
- Avoid chemical cleaners. Use a slightly damp cloth for regular cleaning. For fingerprints or stains, you can use glass cleaner or vinegar water. If food spills, gently wipe the area. Leave oily spots if they don’t come off easily — the wood will absorb the oil, and it won’t be damaged.
- To preserve the wood’s color, shine, and durability, apply natural wood oils regularly (2-3 years). They nourish and protect the surface.
